This is a boutique hotel in a great location. I found this hotel on Expedia at the last minute due to our one night stay at another hotel nearby which was sub-standard. This hotel was a life saver and my wife loved it. She also spent an afternoon in the spa with a massage. The food was very good and the bar tenders were great!

Had the best time here using the Spa amenities and relaxing after hiking Lake Ebisee and summiting Zugspitze. Great location next to a beautiful park and crystal clear mountain stream. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future. 10/10

This Hotel is absolutely remarkable. We can’t wait to go back! Where do you start with describing this gem. Spa like setting for everything. Food is excellent and free Breakfast included - which is phenomenal. Free parking underground and everything is in Walking distance. Wonderful hotel

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. My only issue throughout our stay was that all of the soaps and lotions at the hotel had some type of nut ingredient in them. My partner has a severe nut allergy and felt quite uncomfortable after finding out soaps and lotions were made from nuts. This is something that we feel should be advertised online because we likely would not have stayed at this hotel if we know this information. We felt as though the hotel staff were not understanding the seriousness of the issue, as it is a severe allergy. However, the breakfast had some safe options for those with nut allergies that the chef kindly went through with my partner.

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

A truly special wellness hotel in Garmish!

This is such a special hotel, designed thoughtfully and maintained very well. The spa is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains, great amenities and a huge menu of services. The breakfast buffet was better than the 5 star hotel where we stayed in Munich. Our room was very quiet and had a beautiful view, despite being on the ground floor. We had originally wanted to stay at other wellness hotels that are much more isolated (not walkable to restaurants etc), and I'm so happy we ended up here instead. We walked to dinner each night, and walked to a hike during the day as well. While you probably need a car to get there, you could certainly take the train as well, and my feeling is that you do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want to drive to ski areas that are too far to walk. One recommendation, is to leave a pair of slippers for guests in the room vs. only in the spa. Another recommendation, they should allow the full menu or a modified mini-menu across the entire bar/lounge area. We had some drinks in the lounge but were unable to order a snack with them, which I found very strange. That said, all around, this was a perfect stay, and we hope to be back again!

This was the most amazing property. Tremendous spa. Gorgeous garden. Beautiful rooms. Tremendously good food. (Order the pork schnitzel!) Very helpful staff. If you enjoy cocktails seek out Shiva. He is a master non pareil.

Overall, the design of the hotel is amazing, a modern Bavarian chalet aesthetic. The breakfast was amazing, beyond our expectations. We loved the spa and heated pool on top. The staff couldn't be nicer. Convenient parking underground.
