"Great location, Comfortable house. Spent 5 days there. Bus stop was only 2 blocks away and the property came with free bus passes. So we either walked downtown or rode the bus to where we needed to go. Our only complaint would be that the showers didn't have shelves to set your soap & shampoo on."

"Pros: *Die Lage ist Klasse, in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt oder am Berg. *Die freundlichen Gastgeber Nachbarn, wirklich jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. *Ausstattung der oberen Räume, sehr einladend 😉 *Eine schöne große Dusche mit herrlich heißem Wasser Cons: * Der modriege Geruch wenn man zum Ersten Mal das Haus betritt. Später hatten wir einen Filter,der die Raumluft filtert (Standgerät vorhanden) kurzweilig laufen ,dann ging es besser. *Haben die Betten im oberen Geschoss...

"This property was as advertised and so much more. The neighborhood was beautiful as were the views. Far enough from the downtown to be quiet but still close enough for a short cab ride or 20-30 minute walk. Can't say enough about the welcoming feel of the home itself."

"Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr, sehr gut gefallen! Sauberkeit 1a, Ausstattung mehr als Luxus und die Lage in Garmisch einfach ein Traum. In einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, mit eigenen kleinen Garten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso zahlreiche Aktivitäten. Extra zu erwähnen ist auch noch, dass die Gastgeber extrem Hundefreundlich sind! Zu Weihnachten stand in unserem Chalet sogar ein geschmückter Tannenbaum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"

"We just had an overnight stop here on our way to Austria. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the village and nearby monestry. The view down the valley is fantastic. The room was very clean and the restaurant served a good selection of Bavarian food. Parking was good and the village only a short walk away. The chimes of the monestry clock every 15minutes might not be to everyone’s liking but certainly adds to the alpine atmosphere."
