Casa muito boa, nova, todos utensílios em excelente estado, proprietários muito solícitos e atenciosos. Ar condicionado perfeito estado , inclusive na área da churrasqueira integrada à cozinha e sala de jantar. Área externa com piscina . Casa muito caprichada realmente, todos detalhes pensados pelos proprietários. Único ponto negativo é a distância da praia da Ferrugem(4Km) mas mesmo assim a localização facilita saída para todas praias e centro de Garopaba, inclusive fácil acesso para outras praias da região, como a excelente Praia do Rosa.

Imóvel aconchegante que faz no sentirmos em casa!

A casa é como nas fotos, as áreas comuns são muito bem aproveitadas porque tudo é bem funcional! Tem bastante conforto e é tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Os proprietários são bastante preocupados em deixar tudo perfeito para os hóspedes, são ótimos anfitriões, atenciosos e com certeza voltaremos! Aproveitamos muit a casa, a churrasqueira e a área da piscina! Tenho uma única sugestão, tornar a piscina aquecida porque para quem tem crianças fã bastante diferença!

Bem localizado,lugar tranquilo e bem cuidado.

Casa confortável para 6 pessoas,2 quartos mais confortável com cama de casal e 1 quarto menor com 2 camas de solteiro.Apesar de não estar tão próximo do centro, a casa esta próximo da praia da Ferrugem.Cozinha ampla com ótima visão para os fundos da casa, avista-se um campo com montanhas.Sala confortável,faltou um aparelho de DVD para ser melhor.Lugar tranquilo bom para descansar.Possui uma piscina bem agradável.Casa com bom nível de manutenção.

A casa é extremamente aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e muito bem organizado, nos mínimos detalhes. É como se você estivesse na sua própria casa. A localização é ótima, perto de supermercados, panificadora, farmácia e a caminho da praia da ferrugem, uma das mais belas praias de Garopaba/sc. Fomos super bem recepcionado pela Marie e seu Esposo. Casal muito atencioso e prestativos. O imóvel conta com 3 quartos, 2 banheiros, sala de TV, internet wi fi, e uma bela cozinha/sala de jantar climatizada e utensílios tudo de primeira. O melhor lugar da casa? Para quem gosta de um churrasquinho, em um ambiente climatizado, e ainda com uma vista linda da vegetação preservada ao fundo do quintal da casa... a churrasqueira junto com a cozinha e sala de jantar foi uma ideia brilhante de que planejou esse imóvel. Parabéns! Na área externa temos uma bela piscina cercada por um jardim muito bem cuidado. A verdade é essa... se você descuidar, você não tem nem vontade de ir á praia. Ficamos 7 dias, Adoramos! Se Deus ajudar, e Ele vai ajudar, em Janeiro 2017 estamos de volta. Esse é o imóvel que você deve passar seu momento de lazer em Garopaba. Abraços a Marie e sua família! Obrigado pela hospitalidade.
