"The apartment has great potential, but is lacking in basic needs: Elevator not working AC unit in main bedroom not working Ceiling fan not working Missing light fixtures Wires hanging from the ceiling No hand towels or wash cloths No paper towels - even just a hand towel in the kitchen would have been nice to dry our hands. The sheets in both bedrooms were stained with dark grease spots. "

Listing said it had a blow dryer, I was told the guests before took it and would be replaced Friday (I checked in Monday to wait 5 days on a dryer at a beach). "Brenda & Juan have created a beautiful place you can call home not too far from San Juan. I felt like I was in my own personal resort. The pool was so refreshing and if you would like you can eat dinner in at their small guests only restaurant. Cerró Gordo beach is about 20 minutes away and is another treasure. So grateful to have found this spot."
