Some rooms don't have windows that you can open and in general there are no black-out drapes so you can't sleep from sunrise on without professional eye-pads. It was a huge problem for us so we will not be staying again.

The staff was very nice. The room was small. The shower was small. I had a queen size bed that basically was the size of a full-size bed. I know that’s normal for Europe, but I wasn’t very happy with my room and I would never stay there again The only reason I picked it is because it was next to Marienplatz. It was very convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants The one thing they don’t tell you is that there’s major construction going on right by the hotel my taxi cab driver had to drop me off a block away, which isn’t a big deal, but it was inconvenient

"We stayed one night. There wasn't any free parking at the hotel and underground parking was 18 euro. The hotel claims they have 5 free parking spaces but perhaps they are being used by personnel. 5 spaces are certainly not enough for a large hotel such as theirs. Mattress on the bed was very comfortable. ..."
