"The staff was excellent! I arrived before check-in and they gladly tagged the bags and put them in a safe area until I returned. They even called to tell me when my room was ready. I dropped a used play ticket in the lobby, they called my room to see if I wanted it, then saved it so I could pick it up. All of the employees I interacted with were so friendly and helpful!"

"Like a taste of sunny Florida or a breathtaking Carribean Island in the midst of Times Square! The 4 year old hotel was bright, tropical, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The pool, exercise room, on premise dining, and rooftop bar provided the desired options for my family. A go-to for our future visits!
