"Great location, you can walk to all Percé's restaurants on foot. The restaurant in the hotel has a great view. Lots of free parking and an ok number of EV chargers (they are often occupied though)."

"The staff member at reception was very polite, kind and incredibly helpful to the point, even calling a local restaurant with a dinner reservation for us. As for the room the sliding doors were not very easy to lock...were needing maintenance badly. Beautiful location right on the river!"

"Passé quelques jours/nuits à cet endroit agréablement situé près des rives de l'estuaire. La plage, très chouette est très facilement accessible depuis l'établissement. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifique. L'établissement lui-même montre par endroits quelques signes de vieillissement qui auraient intérêt à être pris en compte. Il serait bien de pouvoir mettre sous clé de l'extérieur les portes patios des motels. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant."

"We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. The check-in process was thoughtful and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Our room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing! We only wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy everything. On a warm day, when you can take advantage of the swimming, this would be the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay was great! We only stayed one night, but did manage to take advantage of the surroundings including a dip in the water, walking into the community and dining at the motel restaurant. Room was really clean and well maintained. The only thing missing would be complimentary water in the room."
