"Staff was fabulous. clean room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic because there were several tour groups eating at the same time. Bar and bar restaurant not well advertised, but we heard it was a nice place."

"Location was excellent for touring. Walking distance to most places of interest. In the city center but quieter and safer environment. Having an elevator a real plus! Check in staff very helpful and accommodating. Can rent umbrella in lobby by dispensing machine. I did not use the pre check in as Did not have English / Canada as choice but other English speaking countries listed. ie. English/ American"

"The front desk staff were the friendliest group of individuals. Always a nod and spoken greeting whether coming into the hotel or leaving. Helpful with recommendations for dining, etc. The location is good; there is a grocery and liquor store just around the corner. Housekeeping was efficient and inconspicuous. A great stay in a great city."

"Easy to find in the old town, close to Central Station. True Dutch—-narrow stairs and rooms but very comfortable. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay."
