This beautiful, traditional and pleasant house, comprising a main house and an independent studio, includes :
- a superb plot of over 1,200 m² with swimming pool, pétanque court and ping-pong table,
- a 115 m² main house comprising :
- a bright and pleasant living room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) upstairs,
- one bedroom with double bed,
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds,
- a fully-equipped semi-open kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher,
- bathroom with bath and shower,
- two shower rooms,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer,

2 cars can be parked in the garden.

In a quiet and residential neighborhood, 300m away from all commodities, this beautiful traditional house will allow you to have a chill and calm stay with being close to numerous activities. Close to the beach, you will join easily the mythical Place des Lices of Saint-Tropez in 25 min walking. You will also be able to discover Ramatuelle, as well as Grimaud village and its historical site. Hiking lovers will enjoy the numerous walking paths, whereas daredevils will have fun at Azur Park or Aqua Land.
