"Just spent a fabulous week in Gabriel’s lovely house in Cazaux. The property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 4 and 7) and our two dogs. The outside space is amazing and we spent so much time in the pool even late into the evening. The area is great for cycling and we barely used the car. The nearby lake is fantastic for children and we enjoyed paddle boarding there every day. Gabriel is super responsive and made us feel right at home. Thank you!"

(although we could not use it the last 2 days of the week because the water had turned green). quiet neighbourhood, plenty of parking space in the street and 1 car on premises, we had a nice stay"

"Lovely house, had everything we could think of. The poolfilter did not work properly so the pool was a bit dirty. This got fixed asap by the owner. Highly recommend staying here for a week+."

"Misrepresentation re air conditioning which it didn’t have. Expensive.Pool nice but find it hard to call it 5 star, It was not a whole villa but downstairs apartment.Outside area Spacious not inside. Noisy traffic all night. However enjoyed the pool very much. For the price would have expected clean sheets and towels after our first week not having to wash them ourselves."

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"We had a great holiday in Biscarosse. The house was spacious and had everything we needed as a family with 3 teens. Anne & Daniel gave us a warm welcome. We used the bikes to cycle to the coast & lake, and had fun with the table tennis in the garage. The house is just walking distance from supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Note there is an additional charge for bed linen/towels and a tourist tax. We would happily recommend this house, thank you 😊 "
