From the looks of the furniture and fixtures I believe the property had recently been refurbished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice with plush towels. There was a large TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker all in the room. As usual breakfast was provided and this time I tried the Belgium waffles. Very good. This is a convenient location and very inviting

The floor was dirty. The sheets had stains. The fridge had mold. The bathtub faucet was loose. When I brought It up with the staff, the attendant said “whatever sir”. We ended up leaving and didn’t even stay. It wasn’t even remotely up to standard of a place I would keep my family.

This review is abbreviated since the character limit would not allow me to provide full detail. The manager was indifferent at check in acting as if getting off his cell phone to provide me with a room key was a major inconvenience. The room reeked of cigarette smoke (we specifically chose a non-smoking room), the sheets were stained, the floors were dirty and stained and there was not enough hot water for my family of four to even take a shower. I had to ask for another towel since they only provided three and there were four of us which also seemed to frustrate the manager. The next morning when we wanted to shower again before getting on the road I had to ask the manager for a couple more towels and he said "I gave you four already". I replied well we had to use a couple of them to place on the bathroom floor since it was so dirty. He then responded "whatever I don't have time for excuses!" and then he got up huffing and puffing and got me two more towels. I told him this was ridiculous considering how awful the place was and reminded him that instead of complaining or asking for a refund so we could stay somewhere decent we simply decided to be appreciative and deal with his BS and then he had the nerve to go off because I asked for a couple more towels. He handed me the towels and said "just put them in a pile in the corner" and then he waddled back to the office. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE; DISGUSTING, RUN DOWN, AND MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
