"There were 12 of us that met from UT and CO for our annual mountain biking trip. It was the perfect place to gather and relax after our rides. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The ability to ride to the lunch loop trail system is tough to beat. Only downside was the bunk beds are not ideal for adults, but would be great for kids."

"This is a really nice house. The only issue we had was figuring out the air conditioning. House was freezing when we showed up. After searching for thermostat for like 4 hours we figured out that its a remote control device in the living room. When the AC is running there is a huge pressure in the house that makes the windows whistle. In the end you really just need the ac on in the daytime, just shut it off at night, problem solved."

"We had a family gathering in grand junction and this house was perfect for adults and kids. The pull out coach bed was super comfortable for the kids and the beds in the other rooms were great. Location was wonderful and close to the Enstroms candy shop where we would walk and get coffee in the morning. Perfect for families"

"This home has some of the best views of the mesa and Colorado monument. It fit us 14 girls perfectly for a wonderful girls birthday weekend. Todd as the host was so amazing. He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house.
