"The Chateau Laurier; one of Fairmont's true gems is located right on Rideau Street in downtown Ottawa, steps away from the Byward Market and the shops on the Sparks Street Mall. The staff is superior; they treated me like royalty, and could not have done more to make my stay fantastic. This is the only Ottawa hotel I will ever consider staying in. The hotel is so beautiful, with so much history. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ottawa."

"Steve the host was very accommodating!I really appreciated him getting us a high chair for my visiting grandson:)He was very helpful when we had questions about the apartment.The balcony had a beautiful view..saw some lovely sunsets and sunrises:)We had a few issues with the tv but a new battery in remote resolved the issue.We would definitely book this apartment again!"
