"We enjoyed the apartment as a home base for an event close by. We were cozy and comfortable and enjoyed good nights rests. It was very lovely to be able to cook and enjoy meals right there. The view was great and we even got to enjoy seeing some wild life ( a bunny). Thanks Stephen! We will definitely return."

"First two nights there was no house keeping. I was told the hotel didn’t have enough linen to change the bedding and also they were short staffed. This was felt at check in, I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm which was incredibly frustrating as I needed the room to change for a conference. Check out is 11am so they had plenty of time to clean the rooms. I got the impression they only had a couple of people working in house keeping. The room was nice and spacious and breakfast was nice. Location was very central and good for amenities. Lots of homeless in Ottawa in general so wasn’t the nicest place to walk at night. We saw someone getting arrested outside the hotel door."

"Everything was working well , the room was clean and has all the accessories needed. The blankets were comfortable and parking available. We were having problems with tv but that’s not a big issue. Wifi was provided! The only inconvenience was that neighbours were talking loudly at night time which was a little disturbing but that’s fine!"

"Though property looks outdated, but the moment you step in, all the facility services cleanliness, sheets towels etc were top notch. And above all it's very reasonably priced."
