"The room was very nice, a large space, and was in a very quiet area, with transportation close nearby. Easy walking to more "local" spots (out of the city center). The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

It did feel like an escape room trying to get into the property and you only get the door codes and instructions the day before, but as long as you fully read the instructions its worth it. "The location was good- but they tried to change our location last minute, this is hours after I already should have checked in, and I couldn't contact them. Eventually hotels.com managed to get through to them. They tried moving us out of the oldest part of town, then it turns out there is a similar room in the same building. No kettle, and the radiator wouldn't turn off- so so hot. Also, a cleaner unplugged the fridge, I assume for a hoover, and didn't replug it so all our food went bad"
