I enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were spacious, the shower was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. We did get a voucher for 20% off for a meal but it did not cover all of the restaurants on site and we chose a restaurant where we could not use the voucher. Super convenient to be right at the airport terminal overnight prior to an early morning flight.

Great experience from walking down the ramp from the North Terminal - perfumed walkway, first class service from Eleni at reception, great service in VIP area on 8th floor. Sofitel does it right. Everytime. That’s why I stay there everytime flying out of Gatwick !
