This welcoming holiday home, located between the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz, is perfect for spending your summer holidays together with your family and friends. Its lovely garden, the pool area and spectacular terrace overlooking the Sierra will make you fall in love with the setting in a matter of seconds.

The house can accommodate up to nine people, who will make the most of the comforts provided and relax in the four bedrooms.

The single-storey house also features a mezzanine with three single beds. Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious rustic living room, which is equipped with sofas, a fireplace and an authentic stone wall. Right next to it, there's the fully equipped independent kitchen, which also features another dining table. The master bedroom is located at the opposite side of the house, and it features a double bed and an en-suite with a shower. On the same floor, there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout of this level.

From the living room, a quaint staircase leads up to the mezzanine, where the fourth bedroom with three single beds is located. From this room, you can access the spectacular terrace with a chill-out area and charming vistas over the valley.

Outside, you will enjoy the wooden porch, where a BBQ and a bar are located, overlooking the private pool and a seating area, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. In the front yard, you will have a spacious porch at your disposal, where you can eat "al fresco", surrounded by a lush-vegetation garden.

Due to fire risks, the BBQ cannot be used from June to August, both inclusive.

The access to the house is possible via a dirt track.
