"We had an amazing time at this property and would love to come again! It was quiet, clean, and cozy, perfect for my sister and me to enjoy a reading retreat. Everything was lovely. I did want to communicate that the roof had a small leak, but we placed a towel under it to soak it up, and that worked fine. I called the property manager about it, but received no response, so I left a message. That's why I deducted stars there. Also, our hot tub lights would not work, but the jets and heat did, so we still had a great time reading in it. Those two small issues did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We were thrilled with the cabin and would absolutely stay again!"

"We had a great experience during our week long stay at the Fern Creek Cabin. The cabin was ready and waiting when we arrived. It was very clean and was represented well in the listing and stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed the large hot tub almost every evening. The remote location and large property provided complete peace and quiet. We were visited by whippoorwills on several evenings singing from the vine covered archway at the front door. We saw deer and or turkey almost every day on the gravel road leading to the cabin. The location was perfect for exploring the area and just a few minutes the Endless Wall Trail and the New River Gorge Bridge. Also centrally located to Hawks Nest State Park and our favorite, Babcock State Park. We recommended the cabin to friends of ours who are planning to visit the area in the Fall and we would not hesitate to stay again. "
