"I had booked for the night for my senior citizen parents and when they reached the hotel the staff kept quarreling it’s only for 4 hours booked . I told them I was told by Expedia staff it’s for the full night but they kept arguing and the whole experience was teh worst I have seen in years "

"What irritates me is that it has false information on Expedia. It says 2.5 kms from airport, actually it’s 7.5 km. Hotel is not situated in a clean place. The bathroom stinks time to time making unbearable. It seems they are using STP water for flushing which stinks badly. Bedsheets were not clean."

"This was our first time in Banglore. Staff of the hotel is really good and professional. Good Service. Room was excellent and clean with really good fragrance smell and had all the good quality amenities. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Breakfast was amazing and service was great. "
