"I had a mixed experience staying at this Barcelona airport hotel. While the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay on the surface, several service issues significantly impacted the overall experience. The service was quite disappointing. Despite staff being available at the front desk, we often had to approach them ourselves to receive any assistance, which felt inattentive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality extended beyond just us—there were instances where staff were noticeably rude toward elderly guests, which was especially concerning to witness. The air conditioning also needs improvement, as the room became uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the airport shuttle was convenient and easy to use, which is a definite plus for travelers needing quick access to the airport. Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its clean and spacious rooms and practical location, the service and comfort issues need to be addressed to meet basic expectations."

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We had a terrifying security experience here. For 3 out of 4 days, we returned to find our room door wide open. What made it worse was that ours was the ONLY door left open on the entire floor; every other room was securely closed. After checking the CCTV on the second day, the front desk confirmed it was housekeeping's fault, yet it happened AGAIN the following day. When we complained, the staff showed zero empathy, offered no apology, and had a hostile attitude. They claimed they had "never seen this before" but simply shoved a business card at us and told us to contact the manager ourselves. This felt like we were being specifically targeted. We felt completely unsafe and ignored. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about your safety."
