A nice standard hotel in an awesome location. The best part were the wonderful staff who were not only super sweet but extremely helpful multiple times! Highly recommend for an affordable little stay right in the heart of town

Trevligt men varmt.

Trevligt hotell med god service, godkänd kontinental frukost och fräscha rum. Det som drar ner betyget är värmen på rummet. Trots lite svalare väder (runt 20 grader) så var det nästan olidligt varmt i rummet.

Dåligt städat, ofräscht.

Slarvigt städade rum. Sängen var full av hårstrån, toaborste full av gammalt papper. Bomullsrondeller på golvet. Väldigt skitiga lister och sängbord. Vi bad om att få ett nytt rum vilket var aningen bättre städat men fortfarande väldigt mycket hårstrån och smuts i sängen. Tyckte det var för ofräscht för att bo där så vi tog in på scandic istället, fick ej några pengar tillbaka. Rekommenderar ej.

Man får vad man betalar för

Rummet var väldigt varmt. Med fönster ut mot en vältrafikerad väg var det inte att tänka på att ha fönstret öppet. Men det fanns iaf en liten fläkt på rummet. Väldigt konstig placering av tvn på rummet. Frukosten var väl godkänd. Inte mer.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge och god frukost.

Trevligt hotell med vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Den kontinentala frukosten var en positiv överraskning med mycket att välja på. Ett litet minus för att dubbelsängens långsida stod mot väggen så att den som låg längst in fick klättra över den som låg ytterst vid det nattliga toabesöket. Mycket centralt läge nära centralstationen. Bor gärna på samma hotell vid nästa besök i Gävle.

Trevlig personal, standard frukost men vissa fat var tomma på frukostbuffén, ingen snabb påfyllning trotts få gäster i matsalen. Rummet jag hade låg i trapphuset, det var väldigt lyhört från alla som gick i trappan. Rummet var litet men jag behövde bara någonstans att sova så det dög åt mig. Allt som allt ett trevligt hotell med bra personal och är väl anpassat för de som inte kräver hög standard.

Litet och charmigt

Mysigt och kändes familjärt 😊Bra service ! 👍Det enda som var en liten tumme ned , var att under soffan var det inte städat . Så när vi flyttade på den för att se teven bättre låg det massa smulor och salta pinnar under . Men allt annat kändes fräscht. Och bra storlek på rummen vi hade då vi reste med barn 😊Enkel incheckning och bokning av parkering 👍
