From this level, you have direct access to both the garden and the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the garden and terrace as well, making it ideal for indoor-outdoor living. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which features a ceiling fan and access to a private balcony. The property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
