The property is situated on a small hill caressed by the Carsia River, which flows just a few hundred meters away. Along its banks, you can take enchanting walks surrounded by nature and relax in the shade of majestic, centuries-old oak trees.
Cool in summer and cozy in winter thanks to its full insulation, it’s situated in a quiet, well-ventilated area surrounded by the typical Maremma countryside, with farmyard animals providing the perfect backdrop for your vacation.
In addition to the apartment with its attached kitchen, guests will have access to a shared outdoor area where they can relax or enjoy meals. For any needs, guests can contact the host by phone or speak with them in person during the day, as the host will be present in a separate building not far from the apartment.
