"We arrived 10 minutes before the front desk was scheduled to close, due to weather and traffic conditions. We received a friendly and enthusiastic welcome. The room was clean and inviting. All was good for a one-night, economy stay."

"The staff was amazing there was a lady younger i dont know her name at the desk in the morning dark hair maybe a shift manger or manger not sure. She was amazing! She helped with everything suggestions of of things arou d town and help with everything to do with our stay. There was also a young man at night dark hair he was awesome as well! Then a black gentleman at breakfast he was so nice and helpful."

"Everything as described, appreciated that it was clean and everything we needed to use the kitchen was provided. The indoor hot tub was nice since it was in the fall and cold and rainy outside."

"This was the Holiday Inn and Holidome i stayed at back in the 80s. Pretty much as I remember except for changes over the years. Pool, hot tub, sauna area is beautiful and like the Holidome I remember from my youth. Room was similar to back then and very clean and the bed was perfect and amazingly comfortable. Needs minor cosmetic attention and could use a picture on one of the walls. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in Gaylord, especially given the price I got the room thru Expedia!"
