"This hotel is pretty new. The beds were comfortable, the room and the hotel was clean. The laundry room was convenient and was not overly expensive."

"Beautiful area, outside of facility looks dated, but that’s not realistic to change. Inside has had a nice update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an inconsiderate and noisy person upstairs over us, just a matter of who is there. We would surely stay here again."

"This is a hidden gem. Probably my top 3 hotels I’ve ever visited. Classic, eclectic, vintage with modern convenience. The breakfast was perfect, staff included. Pool, sauna, drink bar and even the shampoo and shower gel are among the top in my list. We walked down to the river where my kids explored for 2 hours. I love this place. "

"The Inn is adorable. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I was surprised it didn’t come with breakfast since when I read the reviews before I booked it everyone raved about the breakfast. The caretaker was absolutely delightful!!"

I stayed at the hotel because I had a back injury, and Chelsea at the front desk provided me a room on the first floor and offered to get me ice and help me out however she could. The facilities were clean and well appointed. It's a nice place to stay and there is a dinner option next door."

"Loved our stay at the Lincoln Inn. Great location, beautiful views, friendly family owned staff, delicious breakfast. Although watch your head in the bathroom. Even with the sign posted on the wall my girlfriend and I both managed to bump our heads on the low ceiling using the restroom. Definitely worth the stay though! "

"A very old historic hotel. Has the oldest elevator in VT. Charming. Nice gardens. Guest can not use elevator and all rooms are upstairs. so if you have any mobility issues its a problem. "

"Every person here was extremely polite and welcoming.They were a very welcoming group.Room was clean. It is disappointing the breakfast area and the bar are closed in the summer.I understand why the bar is closed, since less people stay in the summer, but they could provide a little more then coffee, even just donuts."
