amazing staff, great hotel, we are coming back to Divan Gaziantep! We were a large group of 8 people and all of us were simply amazed by the hospitality of everyone from top to bottom, thank you again and congrats to Koç Group for establishing a benchmark in this business since it is so obvious the Divan team was very well trained and they knew what service industry is all about.

Great international type hotel, not in the old city, but well situated. Staff very helpful, particularly Tariq a waiter in the did sign room who located a lost item. Great place for a first time visitor to this city.

The hotel lobby seems to be newly renovated but the rooms were not.The furniture was old and the bed sheets and towels were too old . Hotel location was good. The city was nice and the food was great .

It's not the first time I've stayed at the Divan in gaziantep and it's always on top. But the thing that gratifies me the most is finding a handwritten note in the room for a good stay, I travel to many hotels and I find this ticket only here. A truly unique and pleasant attention.
