It was our first time traveling to Gaziantep. The city has a lot to offer especially kebab. The hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast was amazing, people are extremely nice. Definitely recommend.

The room I had is non smoking, however in the after noon there was a strong smoke smell, they changed my room the next day and it had the same smoke smell. Hotel facilities are old and need to be renewed. Breakfast and location are good!

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and rich, the beds are not very comfortable, room wasn’t very clean as a 4 starts hotel.

First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.
