"Upon arriving into my room, realized my air conditioners wasn’t working. After confirming with the front desk at the technician, take a look at air condition confirmed that it wasn’t working stepped for a whole night in a rule without air condition after that they moved me to a room offer me a complementary fruit basket and it was never delivered, but I was clean. Staff was unprofessional."
