"This hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ridiculously pricey and left a lot to be desired. Very very basic offerings for the cost. We only had breakfast there once and thankfully so. "

"Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, man konnte fußläufig die lange Straße, in der sich der Neptun-Brunnen befindet, erreichen. 1 min entfernt vom Apartment gibt es ein Żabka-Geschäft. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenso klasse. Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen gibt es dennoch, denn wir hatten anfangs große Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen der Eingangstür, diese hat erwas geklemmt. Zudem muss man beim Einchecken und Auschecken ein wenig gehen, da die Schlüsselübergabe woanders...

"Rigtig god beliggenhed. Vi havde ikke modtaget check-in oplysninger som beskrevet, så det tog næsten 2 timer før vi fik adgang til lejligheden. Og der blev ikke svaret på telefon eller beskeder. Sød servicevagt hjalp heldigvis. Ok lejlighed. Det var udfordrende at man ikke kunne lufte ud på det ene værelse. Tv’et faldt ud af væggen, fik dog hurtigt hjælp til dette. Dejligt med gratis pool, men træls at man ofte gik forgæves fordi den var for fyldt. Det ville være rart med et bookingsystem eller...

"The apartment itself was fine . The issue was the noise we experienced from early morning to 8pm right outside our door. When we enquired about it stopping we were told it’s the law they can work until 8pm. Have stayed in a number of Grano apartments in Gdańsk. This was the worst primarily the building is having work done it is not finished. On looking at finer detail in our booking we were advised there would be work in an adjacent building not outside our door. There were wires and equipment...

"Background running water noise, and difficult to control the temperature of the space. The property is advertised as having a pool, gym, sauna and parking, but only the parking was available when we stayed, as the pool, gym and sauna were all closed during our stay. This meant our stay was missing some essential amenities, as we were planning to use them extensively. If we would have known this we would not have booked/stayed here, plus Expedia refused to relocate us as in the small print it...

"Dirty, old laundry from other guests. Dust and dirty on the floors. Tv didn’t work, food in the fridge from other guests and we had vi access that includes wine, we didn’t get that. "
