Staff are excellent and kind. Even though I booked by hotels.com, the officer told me that they saw «expedia» on the screen, and they don’t see three people. But they immediately solved the problem and helped us. Recommeded for families; silent and extremely clean.

Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

I would appreciate if property has contact me before arrival that ch in is in the other buliding. As I have message them before my arrival that i will be quite late around 22 would be nice just courtesy text or mail hey ch in will be possible here etc. I arrived by uber from airport with suitcase after 22. And then I had to drag it to other buiding to ch in. And than back. But Breakfast was nice. Room as well, bathroom very lovely bright and spacious. Maybe the carpet need to be changed or cleaned as it looks like stain of vomitt by bed.

Miss i bokning rättades till

Vi hade bokat 2 sängar, men det blev inte så, därför erbjöd sig den trevliga receptionisten att bo på "moderhotellet" Hotel Baltica istället. Allt bemötande har varit mycket bra på båda platser. Frukosten fantastisk med tanke på Coronatider. Baltica residence doftade/luktade ganska starkt (för den som är parfymallergiker) Det gjorde inte hotellet. Batlica Residence ligger centralt, men även ganska nära stranden.

new, positive surprise in Sopot

Baltica Residence was an utterly positive surprise, where the staff went out of their way to make things easy and practical, and where everything was so new, clean, modern and comfortable. The little walk to the breakfast at the older "mother hotel" Villa Baltica right by the beach was nice in the morning, and a delicious breakfast. This is definitely a place to stay again later - such good value for money!

pleasant stay, positively surprised

I was impressed about the room condition. Room was very clean bright. Only downside (for me) was, that the twin room has quite small beds. If you are used to sleep on wider beds, you will have to be careful to not fall down during your sleep. Breakfast buffet decent, looks maybe small, but has great selection for everybody. I can only recommend this property further, close to the beach, nice breakfast (in "main building", Villa Baltica), clean rooms, friendly staff.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel sehr zentral gelegen und nah am Strand. Das Gebäude stand lange leer und nun endlich wurde ein sehr schönes Hotel daraus gemacht. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden was jedoch fehlt ist ein Safe. Das ist das einzige was mir gefehlt hat. Das Personal ist sehr behilflich und das Frühstück reichlich auch wenn man dafür in ein anderes nahe gelegenes Hotel gehen muss aber nur 2 Minuten Fußmarsch daher auch kein Problem. Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen da ich jedes Jahr in Polen bin.

Fint hotell, men litt langt fra sentrum

Savner egen frokostsal og mulighet til å kjøpe en kaffe i restauranten/baren på ettermiddag/kveld. Frokost serveres på annet hotell i nærheten. Stort rom. Et lite stykke å gå hvis man skal til sentrum.
