Fantastic views and property is very nice but they need to invest into the garden more. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, Victoria, Agnieszka and Dominika in particular but everyone was friendly- the room service shuts down too early, would be nice if they stayed open longer or have 24/7 food for the room

Nice modern hotel, slightly out of thr centre, 20 min walk in. Hotel is clean & spacious & beds are comfortable. Adults only rooftop terrace & pool os welcome if you want a quiet relax without children.

The facilities were great and new like. The sauna/pool area was the same level, clean, stylish, modern. Only minus was that the textile free sauna section was closed suddenly, and the again opened couple days later, due to lack of clients. Understandable, but that should be communicated in advance.

When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The hotel is nice inside. The bathrooms look a little dated but clean. Two elevators qoek slow and dont feel enough for this hotel so be patient. Being so close to the beach was nice. Parking lot was a tight squeeze to get out of, almost hit pole leaving garage. Breakfast area and food is nice. Wish had some non-dairy milk options. All in all, we had a rough start but nice stay.

The property is in an excellent location and beautifully decorated. We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready. The room was nice, clean and spacious but every time someone in a room nearby let their door slam the wall where the headboard was shook. There was no information on room service other than a QR code on the tv that changed every 5 seconds. More frustratingly, if you wanted room service nothing was available until the kitchen opened at 1pm despite the information saying it was available all day. There were no other food options in the bar or hotel so we had to wait. We visited the roof terrace but the bar was empty and we had to go back down to the bar to order. Overall for the price it was a very average experience.

Nice design, location and staff

Very nice hotel in a good location. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and staff very professional and friendly. The reception was chaotic, the charging for breakfast was not clear, the line to check out was 25 mins, we weren't informed about any of the New Year's eve activities before arrival, and we only found out at check-in that we won't be able to use the restaurant after 3PM.

Plusy: Rewelacyjna lokalizacja – praktycznie przy samej plaży, blisko mola i centrum, ale jednocześnie spokojniej niż w samym sercu Sopotu. Pokoje nowoczesne, czyste, dobrze wyciszone, z funkcjonalnym oświetleniem i dużą liczbą gniazdek. Bardzo dobre śniadania – duży wybór, świeże produkty, opcje na ciepło, sporo warzyw, owoców i słodkości. Fajna strefa basenowa i spa – czysto, przyjemne miejsce na odpoczynek. Obsługa na recepcji i w restauracji uprzejma, profesjonalna, nastawiona na gościa – czuć standard 5★. Minusy: Łóżka zdecydowanie zbyt miękkie – materace mocno się zapadają, co wpływa na komfort snu. Pomimo rezerwacji „dużego łóżka king”, w praktyce są to dwa łączone łóżka. Narzuta/materac nawierzchniowy nie niweluje tego łączenia i po prostu wpada się w „dziurę” pośrodku. Stosunkowo wysoki koszt parkingu przy dłuższym pobycie. W godzinach szczytu na śniadaniach bywa tłoczno, czasem trzeba chwilę poczekać na stolik lub kawę.
