Beautiful facility with amazing view

Beautiful spacious apartment, fully equipped with amazing terrace and view. The hotel is nearby a shopping center and it takes 1 minute to walk there in a very protected “tunnel” (protected means you can just walk to the shopping center without an umbrella even if it’s raining). Staff is super friendly, we will be definitely back.

Amazing hotel. So clean and the facilities provided are top class. Games room with pool table and playstation and Xbox to amuse the kids. Swimming pool was clean amd steam room was perfect. Staff are polite and welcoming. I cannot fault this hotel and wish them all the best. I will definately come back again.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House Gebze again and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of both the lobby and my room. They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning again and again in the future!

Şimdiye dek konakladığım en güzel rezidans tarzında oteldi. Girişte görevli olan Seydi Bey hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı olup tüm bilgilendirmeleri yaptı sabah kahvaltısının çeşidi ve süresi insanları aceleye sokmamak için güzel ayarlanmış kahvaltısı muazzamdı çeşit çok hangisini seçeceğinizi şaşırıyorsunuz küçük bir teknik sorun vardı prizler yabancılara göre yapılmıştı 3 soketliydi balkondaki priz normal prizdi ve özelliklerde ses yalıtımlı yazıyor ama TV nin sesi dışarıya geliyordu belki de hepsi ses yalıtımlı değil bu durumu öğrenmek isterdim ona da bir çözüm bulunursa kusursuz olur bundan sonra gebzeye gelince tercih edeceğim tek yer

Aile olarak küçük çocuklarımla birlikte kaldım. Çok temiz konforlu ve rahat bir konaklama sağladık. Çocuklar otel havuzunu, saunasını, spor salonunu doyasıya kullanabildiler. Odamız 4 kişilik aile için yeterince geniş ve sıcaktı. Odada her imkan mevcut, mutfakta da her imkan mevcut. Konaklamak için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
