"The location is the real highlight of this stay—just a minute from the boat ramp at Platte Creek Recreation Area, which made it super convenient for our time on the water. The tiny home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly and helpful. "Overall I liked it. It’s private and has plenty of space to park our pickup and boat. Very close to the boat dock and a nice restaurant.It can get windy there, but pretty normal for that area. I would like to see a little more seating inside such as another chair or couch, and possibly a TV, although we were fine without it. Overall a cool place to stay."
