"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. "Love this hotel.It is a new hotel, very clean, built in 2022. Next to Grand City. Very reasonable price. The receptionist is on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor it has cafe. The cafe has meatball s soup , fried rice, noodle, water, coffee, ice cream. At 11 a.m it starts to serves steaks. On the 2nd floor, it serves buffet breakfast. The employees are very quick to bring stuffs we need. I recommend this place to stay for comfort, location, good meals . "

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...
