Bei Ankunft erfahren, dass Pool etc extra kostet und das nicht wenig. Wir geschockt, denn nur deswegen habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Reaktion des Mitarbeiters war Augenrollen und ein passiv aggressiver Kommentar es würde ja überall stehen (als wären wir also zu dumm zum Lesen). Vielleicht sollte man das klarer kommunizieren! Beim Gehen rief er uns noch hinterher, dass es auch pro Check in Tag bezahlt werden muss - unprofessioneller geht es nicht. Comfort Doppelzimmer gebucht. Eines im Treppenaufgang bekommen direkt am Fahrstuhl, bei Ablehnung unsererseits war kein Wille zur Veränderung beim Check In Mitarbeiter zu erkennen. Hier wieder nur aggressive Kommentare, er hätte ja noch nie Beschwerden darüber gehört und Schulter zucken mit das Hotel wäre komplett ausgebucht. Ein zweiter Mitarbeiter gab uns dann ein anderes Zimmer (Aha also doch nicht ausgebucht). Aber auch hier wurden wir angelogen, es wurde so getan als wäre es ein besseres, da neu renoviert. Online aber klar zu erkennen, dass es ein billigeres Zimmer der unteren Kategorie ist, nämlich das kleine Doppelzimmer. Kein Platz zum Koffer hinstellen ohne drüber zu stolpern, die Schiebetür zum Bad ist nicht dicht - null Privatsphäre, das durchsichtige Fenster zum Bad lässt sich nicht abdecken- auch hier problemlose Sicht aufs Klo - keine Privatsphäre. Kein einziges Wort der Entschuldigung der Mitarbeiter, keine Wille zu Entschädigung oder Gutmachung. Nur freche Kommentare. Wir haben also mehr gezahlt und weniger bekommen

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Landschaft und ist sehr ruhig. Schade nur das bei einem Zimmerpreis von 160€ die Sauna noch extra bezahlt werden muss.

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich der sehr neu sein muß! Das Abendessen war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, die Weine kommen überwiegend von Rheingauer Winzern 👍 Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, das Badezimmer war ebenfalls neu! Aufmerksame Mitarbeiter und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück bei dem absolut nichts fehlt!!!

schöne Umgebung, idyllisch gelegen. Das Hotel ist ein Relikt der Vergangenheit, Scharm der 70-80er Jahre! Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Wellnessbereich muss man extra bezahlen und dazu ggf. im Voraus anmelden! Ok. wir leiden auf hohem Niveau.

Lovely, relaxing mini holiday

I really loved it here. It's a little isolated here, but the comfort of the hotel make up for it. The restaurant was excellent and I recommend you eat one meal there.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig , Trink- Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher Frühstück: ist abwechslungsreich und vielfältig Abendessen: die Gerichte auf der Karte machen richtig Appetit, aber es schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Frisch zubereitetes Essen ist was anderes. Gruß aus der Küchen ist die Butter noch tiefgefroren, unmöglich das Brot zu schmieren. Die Hauptspeise in der Mikro warm gemacht , Fleisch innen kalt und trocken. Saunabereich kein Ruheraum zu wenig Liegen, kaum Haken um die Sachen aufzuhängen.

The hotel room was excellent but the cost was over-priced. To iron our clothes i had to take them to near the lobby and use a hallway iron and ironing board which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was outstanding.

Beware

Beware, they say free internet, but they don't tell you it is in one small room only, and you only get 20 minutes. Didn't replace towels, we left them in the sink, thrown over shower not hung up. They just left them as they found them. I complained but they didn't give us fresh towels. Staff wasn't very friendly towards Americans.
