The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation. I attempted to contact them by phone multiple times, but no one responded. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue.
This kind of lack of professionalism and communication is inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Management should seriously reconsider whether they’re in...
