"Got there . No one available. Told I’d received an email with my codes to enter . This hadn’t arrived . Then when this was sorted the restaurant and bar was closed so couldn’t get food or drink . There was no secure parking for my motorcycle. I tried on multiple times to phone the hotel . The number on the notice board and the one hotel.com gave me wasn’t working. "I liked the updated rooms. Breakfast was good. It was easy and convenient to take the bus downtown Würzburg. I had to go to the Uniklinik which was a quick walk. The people working were all outstanding and super friendly! Great trip "
