"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"

"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."

"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

"Im Großen und ganzen gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns dort in den drei Nächten wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut (Starlight Express Besuch), ist aber jetzt nicht die Top-Lage im Ruhrgebiet. Trotz Industriegebiet sind aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Essen und Bochum super erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub."
