"The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration! "

"Very welcoming and friendly staff, the owner Diego want above and beyond expectations, offered to pick me up from the train station and gave me good advice on what to see in Milazzo. Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again, close to restaurants/shops/port. "

"This was the highlight of our trip in Sicily. Everything was perfect, even the little cat that came to say hello on our balcony! The pool was lovely, and the sunrise views from there simply amazing. The only snag was that the pre booked "shuttle" was nearly 30 minutes late picking us up from the port. Apart from that, perfect. Would recommend and certainly stay again"

"Be aware! Parking is tough as it is all pay street parking. Cannot stay in one spot for more than an hour from 8 am to 8 pm. Facility is very nice!!! Had a private patio in the room, great to enjoy morning coffee!!"

"Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay there again."

"The place is well located, just minutes from the ferry port. It was easy to find and the hotel had sent great communications before. Reception was good and the check-in quick and helpful with useful info about the islands. Room was big and spacious. It’s an apart hotel so we had a small kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom. Shower room was a bit dated and the shower was a bit small for comfort. Breakfast was fine - reasonable choice of continental breakfast.lipari was beautiful - so glad we stayed. One huge bonus of this hotel was the lovely pool area. Only 6 or 8 sunbeds but the pool and the space was great. A fab choice I think "
