The property covers 4,500 m², 2,000 m² of which is a playground featuring 2 large trampolines (4.5 m in diameter), a soccer goal, and plenty of space to play other games such as winker’s chess.

There is a game room with table tennis, books, foosball, air hockey, and other games, so there are plenty of options even when the weather is bad.

FW1: The apartment is lovingly furnished and features a bright living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
It sleeps up to 5 people.
The living/sleeping area features a high-quality built-in double bed (Nele).
The bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above, accessible by stairs.

Dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, electric kettle, induction cooktop, and a self-cleaning wood-burning stove.
