"This must be one of my favorite hotels. Perfectly located in a scenic vineyard, close to Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg.
The staff are amazing here. Very international and friendly.
We had amazing food here, too. The local dishes are definitely worth trying, as well as their iced teas.
Room was very nice and we had a little terrace that we could drink our hot chocolate on in the evening as we looked over the vineyards. "

Lovely stay in a very nice hotel
"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

Insel - Hotel Heilbronn

"Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and rooms very nice.
I did find it odd the bar was never open but it meant we explored more of the lovely town "

Des efforts à faire pour le prix demandé !
"J’aurais voulu que soit indiqué le prix du petit déjeuner (24€/pers) que j’ai trouvé vraiment exorbitant par rapport à ce qui nous était proposé.
Nous aurions également aimé un accueil en français car la France n’est pas loin (1h15 de chez vous !) et quand vous êtes à Strasbourg, tout le monde fait un effort pour vous accueillir en allemand… Votre hôtesse d’accueil dont le premier métier est de connaître les langues (au moins l’anglais et le français dans cette région !) était quasi -incompréhensible en anglais et ne parlait pas un mot de français. Foutaise !
Pour finir, la photo de la chambre n’avait rien à voir avec celle qui nous a été attribuée (décoration passée de mode voire ringarde)"
