"Wir waren total überrascht, dass wir so liebevoll empfangen wurden. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles an Ausstattung da.....Teller, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Bettwäsche, Handtücher uvm. Man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen.Das Haus liegt sehr schön um auch die Wege durch den Wald zu einer Wanderung zu nutzen.Der Ablauf war reibungslos und alles gut organisiert.Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Das liebevoll renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete alte Haus liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Meusenheim. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich wenige Schritte entfernt. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein gemütlicher Sitzplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder."

"This was our first time visiting Germany and the house was as pictured. Our family of 8 fit comfortably. We had to ask for a few appliances that were listed in description (toaster and microwave) and the host responded promptly and dropped off the requested items. We ate a the local pizza place and it was delicious. We were close enough to multiple bigger cities and enjoyed those as well (Frankfurt, Cologne, Ramstein, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern). "The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options - all very tasty. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was quite spacious and offered a lovely view of the vineyards that line the hillside on either side of the river. We will definitely be back as it is a lovely place, especially with children."

"Our room in this hotel was "different" in a mostly positive way. The "Gulliver" room was roomy, very unique in its decorations, cool (a large fan helped) and pleasant to be in. The bathroom was up five steps and imbedded in the rocky side of the hill (hard to describe its uniqueness). All of the usual necessities were there, but positioned a little awkwardly because of the structure of the room. They all functioned well and were just "different." The whole combination was a nice experience. The breakfast was worthy, in a nicely appointed eating area. The hotel does not have a lot of amenities (no fitness area, pool, or spa), but it is well positioned in the town amongst the historic buildings of the old town. The staff were professional and helpful when asked. There is limited parking and it should be requested when making a reservation. It is helpful to have a small car, since the size of the parking spaces will scare most Americans."

"As a worldwide traveler and reviewer, I am very impressed! We arrived at 08.00. The Hotel had previously communicated a 15.00 check in but, that they would do their best to allocate a room earlier if possible. As it turned out, this was not possible on arrival however, they safely stored our baggage until we returned at 13.30 by which hour, they had readied a room for us to occupy. We paid a small additional fee for a balcony which, afforded us a good air flow as, the rooms are NOT air conditioned however, do have an oscillating tower fan. The room was spotless. Well furnished and with smart TV, Bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower (Water temperature excellent) as well as a mini safe, kettle with tea bags and coffee and finally, a welcome bottle of water. By the way, the hotel does provide drinks for the mini bar to be provided upon request. We cannot vouch for the breakfast as we did not book this to be provided. However, there is a nearby Bakery to have breakfast just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel does offer use of their Sauna for an additional €5 per person too. The lady receptionist was absolutely terrific as was he colleague later in the day. Friendly, attentive and informative too. YES! I do recommend this hotel to others."
