"Todo super bien excepto por el detalle que me dejaron sin toalla en dos ocasiones y también algunos huéspedes roncan y se escucha todo además se supone que no see debe hacer ruido después de cierta hora y a veces siguen hablando por teléfono y no es fácil conciliar el sueño."

"The room clean and quiet. The ac dd not blow cold air. I didn't know that the room did not have a private bathroom, I had to additional fee to get it room with a private bathroom. They also required cash payment, No credit cards accepted. The stay was nice."

"Honey feel. Beautiful house. Friendly staff"

"The guesthouse and host Fernando were so welcoming and the property is in a gorgeous setting with terraces, bird activity, and restful quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Mexican-inspired. Very conveniently located in quiet, interesting Coyoacan and near the Frida Kahlo museum. We will be back! "

"Good location, very helpful staff"

"I absolutely adored staying here. If you’re a Frida Kahlo fan, you MUST stay here because it is across the corner from it! It is also an easy walk to the Coyoacán neighborhood center with delicious eating options there & on the way. My only SLIGHT complaint is that the WiFi was a little wonky, but I would recommend a thousand percent!"

"Nobody in casa know about my reservation from Hotels.com, although it was confirmed a few days in advance. We came to the accommodation around midnight and we were told that the accommodation is full and they do not have any free room for us. The owner called to another accommodation on this area and there we get a room."

"Superceded my expectations. Clean and secure. We stayed in the elegant yet simple "Arbol" room, which has a tree penetrating through the roof... architectectualy pleasing. Being that there were no reviews on this site, we were a little nervous about placing a reservation here. But we do not regret staying here. Excellent location The owner was very hospitable, and speaks very good Spanish and English. He also gave us very good recommendations of places to eat and visit. I would definitely...

"This is a lovely place within five minutes of the square - shopping, restaurants, street life - yet quiet and retreat-like. Staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, responsive, and the chef spoiled us with delicious breakfasts!"
