"El hotel se encuentra abandonado a la fecha, llegué a las 2300 hrs. Aprox., por lo que observé no tenía huéspedes, las luces se encontraban apagadas , no había ninguna nota informado el motivo por el cual no presta servicio, lamentablemente nadie se comunicó conmigo.No corresponde abonar por un servicio que no prestan , me sentí estafado, después de viajar más de 1000 km y no tener hospedaje para poder descansar, deberían chequear si presta servicio antes ofrecerlo "

Stayed there only because there were no rooms available in Neuquen during the oil and gas (it is a shame they do this large event with no rooms available in town). The staff could not find the payment of Expedia and I had to pay again around USD100 a night, being a lot more expensive than better options."
