Walking distance to Breweries and Ventosa winery and, 7 miles from downtown Geneva which offers restaurants, entertainment, boat launches, beach, and many other things.
Very Clean. Parking for 3 cars. Large parking spaces. air conditioning and efficient heating.
Large, well equipped kitchen including spices and oil, utensils, plates and bowls. Along with a coffee maker, Keurig with complimentary coffee, blender, toaster, oven, microwave.
Large tub and shower in bath.

Outdoor: Fire pit, Weber Barbecue, outdoor eating and sitting areas with views of the lake. Large private removable dock with 85 feet of private lake access with access to Canoe/Kayak/paddleboard, bring water shoes due to the rock beach.

High speed/wireless internet , with Roku television. with plenty of comfortable seating.

The property is very large and private. Only views are water!
