Great location and typical Fairfield service/amenities. Great staff. Breakfast was good but nothing stellar. Good for grab/go. Room was very quiet which was a nice surprise as the hotel was sold out.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield for my son's college visit. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was availability and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The beds were ok as far as comfort.

Our stay at the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with local suggestions to eat. The location was away from downtown but it is at the center of main businesses like shopping centers, restaurants, the lake area, and a fitness center. I would stay here again.

The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay.

Very convenient location for our winery tour around Seneca Lake. We found the hotel room and common space very clean, well equipped, reasonably quiet. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next journey to Seneca Lake.
