Perched on a hilltop above Seneca Lake sits a relaxing loft, featuring lake views and stunning sunrises for starting your day with a cup of coffee or evening cocktail. This is the perfect place for digital nomads, a romantic getaway, a summer vacation and/or winter retreat.

It is located minutes from downtown Geneva, restaurants, cafes, Hobart & William Smith colleges, or a short drive to Watkins Glenn. It is the ideal location to visit local wineries, play golf, hike, kayak, or rent a boat from a local marina.

Please join us to relax and unwind while creating memories in the Finger Lakes area.

Top of the Hill
The place was on a very large property which had a wonderful view of the lake. It was very clean and comfortable to stay there. The location was quiet and relaxing and just a short drive to Geneva where there was things to do and see. I would visit there again!
