It was a good place to stay, just need to improve on the cleaning, floors were not swept at all and cobwebs galore. Also, no microwave, all rooms need a coffee pot (which they had) and a microwave. But thats just my opinion. Beautiful view, very good location.

We were lakefront on the bottom floor. Having coffee on the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening is the best feature of the hotel. It's a great view of Lake Erie.

It was very simple accommodating room. Walk around back of building & had a beautiful view of the lake. All necessary for a stay in room, except for microwave but not necessary for us. Basically somewhat close to strip, bar nearby loud music long into night but we'd absolutely stay again. Limited parking.

Check in is different, there isn't anyone there to meet you. The process is through a text on your phone and that's difficult if your cell service isn't great. However, when I connected to their wifi (posted on the office door) and called the number for help, everything worked out. Parking isn't great, spaces are very tight, but there's additional parking close. There's a nice night life and you can get some beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures.

Great location and view as well as beach access. However, while in the room we kept experiencing feelings of dizziness and nausea, along with headaches. After a while, we called management and informed them we were leaving. They explained there could be no natural gas leak as the facility is all electric. The next day we researched the effects of leaking wall AC unit refrigerant in small areas, and the results listed our exact symptoms. Informed the motel who said their carbon monoxide detectors had passed inspection, but those types of detectors would not detect refrigerant. Anyhow, it just would have been nice of them to at least offer to reimburse us for some or all of the cost of the room.

When we arrived at the motel on one was at the motel to check us in. We called the phone number that was on the door. No one answered and the voicemail was full. We went and got the other family member to see if they had any information. Tried to call and nothing. Went back and looked in the mailbox and the keys were there for both rooms. Finally got a call several hours later and she was unbelievably rude on the phone. The room was clean. That was the only good thing about the motel.
