Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel doesn’t look the greatest from the outside but the room was gorgeous, really spacious with a little kitchenette, coffee machine & complimentary pods. The staff were so friendly & very patient with my rather rusty French. Great location-about 30 mins on bus from airport & we walked into town & the lake. You get a free travel pass for Geneva when you stay too!

Location was great. Rooms were big and clean with AC even though hotel looked like a small nook on the street. Breakfast was nothing fancy but well done.

The welcome we received at the hotel was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready early, spotlessly clean and a generous space for 4 adults. The kitchen area with fridge was also very useful. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a great many choices.

Pleasant, well established small hotel. Very close to tram stop and lake, easy walking distance to city centre, old town and places to eat. Breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate.

Excellent location and so accommodating! Our flight was delayed for overnight and Olhane arranged for us to move our reservation back by a day. The apartment was huge and having the complimentary Geneva card made getting around super smooth.

Great staff! But the room we stayed in could use updated furniture and carpet. It also can use a few repairs. Other than that it satisfied our needs.

Spacious room, friendly staff and excellent location! We arrived at the hotel three hours before check-in, intending to drop off our bags and explore Geneva. To our surprise, the receptionist told us our room was ready and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge! The room was very spacious, with an entrance area, bathroom and a large main room featuring a king-size bed, comfortable seating, a table and chairs, a breakfast bar and plenty of storage. Tucked away at the far end was a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge and hob, which was incredibly useful. Breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of hot and cold food, a drinks machine and various juices. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and public transport links, making it easy to explore Geneva. Another great bonus was the free Geneva Transport Card provided by the hotel, allowing us to use local buses, trains and boats within the covered area. This was extremely useful and saved us money! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva.

The check in was very fast and efficient. The morning front desk person with long hair was very helpful. They have no trolley to take your suitcases upstairs but she helped us to bring them in. The rooms are very spacious but outdated. The dinning table’s chairs need to be replaced. Perfect location.
