"I had experience 3 delays and three cancellations at the Miami airport after being there for 11 hours. I was frustrated confused and just tired. It was very late around 11:30 pm. I was in a city I knew nothing about but the pleasant experience with staff at your hotel but me at ease. My room was immaculate, the bed was perfect and I felt safe as a 75 years old single traveler. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you. "

"I had a wonderful stay during my family vacation. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the shower had great water pressure and stayed extremely hot. The entire hotel was clean and well-kept. The staff were incredibly pleasant, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend staying there and I will be back!"
