"We just stayed here in July from the US with a family of 4 and it was great. Remember that this is a three star hotel in Paris so it will no be perfect and your typical hotel compared to in the US. For the cost and location though it worked great for us and we were very happy. We booked the family room which had a double bed and two single beds for the kids and a small outside patio area. On same block is a Brasserie to eat, Aldis, bakery butcher etc. Only a 10 minute walk to Arch De Triumph...

"Terrible service. I was advised by my doctor that it would be unsafe for me to travel to Paris in the extreme heat, this hotel would not refund me. They do not care about their guest’s health or customer service, they only care about selling rooms. There are much nicer and more service minded hotels in Paris, you should stay elsewhere."

"Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! NO AC in a freakin heatwave and the reception ARGUING with me that there WAS AC ! The room was musty and STUNK to high hell from some sort of cleaning agent that gave me a TERRIBLE headache ! Construction going on EVERYWHERE. The lobby floors were FILTHY. The bathroom or dungeon cuz that’s exactly what it looks like was teeny and claustrophobic and painted a very dark prison grey ! I will NEVER EVER recommend this hotel EVER"
